Eisentrager’s Community Gym (ECG) offers group fitness classes to help you improve and maintain a healthy level of fitness, manage your weight, or reach your fitness goals.

ECG classes cover all key components of fitness, providing a comprehensive, whole-body exercise programme that focuses on strength, endurance, flexibility, balance, and coordination

Our group training sessions, where the ECG community becomes a family that thrives through fitness, are suitable for all ages and fitness levels. As a result, you can work at your own pace and achieve weekly improvements.

Bodyweight Conditioning classes use bodyweight and cardio exercises, like squats, push-ups, and shuttle runs. This allows everyone, from beginners to athletes, to build strength, endurance, and mobility in a fun, balanced way.

TUESDAY'S
Old-School Circuit classes are high-intensity, full-body workouts that use a mix of gym equipment and bodyweight exercises. Stations are suited for all fitness levels to boost metabolism, build muscle, and keep you motivated every week.

Class Timetables
I have seen many new faces turn up one evening, and very quickly Ian has welcomed them in and ensured that they are mentored very closely through their first session to ensure they give as much as they can, and always leaving the class with a smile – and a bit out of breath. The new faces come back and are then encouraged to improve their fitness level at their own pace, plus a bit more.
