Personal Training

Our group classes are enjoyed by Clevedon’s fitness community, featuring engaging sessions such as Bodyweight Conditioning, where you can build strength and endurance using just your body weight; Old-School Circuits that combine exercise equipment with bodyweight exercises for a full-body workout; and dedicated Strength and Conditioning sessions that focus on building muscle and improving performance.

Boxing Classes

We offer a variety of boxing classes for all levels and abilities. Our sessions range from mixed adult to women-only classes that provide a relaxed environment for female participants. Additionally, we provide specialised boxing classes for kids and youth, focusing on skill development in a fun and safe setting. Each month, we hold our Boxing Club, a sparring session in our boxing ring, offering participants an opportunity to apply their skills and techniques in a competitive yet supportive atmosphere.

Drop-in sessions

For those seeking greater flexibility in their fitness routine, we offer convenient drop-in sessions. These sessions give you access to our full range of available gym equipment, so you can tailor your workout experience to your unique needs and goals. Whether you prefer strength training, cardio, or functional exercises, you are free to bring your own workout plan and train at your own pace. Each drop-in session lasts for one hour. Class Timetables
“The great thing about all of our training sessions is that they use elements of resistance training combined with cardiovascular intervals. This blasts your metabolism into overdrive so that you go on burning calories for up to 38 hours after the session. It teaches you how to work to your max and what it feels like to work in the upper anaerobic training zones. You need to experience this if you want to progress your fitness levels.”
