This dynamic Bodyweight Conditioning class varies each week, keeping participants engaged and challenged. Each 45-minute class is tailored for individuals of all fitness levels and ages. This enables beginners and advanced athletes alike to participate and benefit. 

WHAT IS A BODYWEIGHT CONDITIONING CLASS

Our Bodyweight Conditioning classes feature a wide range of bodyweight exercises. These include squats, push-ups, and lunges, along with cardio exercises such as jumping jacks, high knees, and interval sprints. Occasionally, we use gym equipment for additional cardio and strength training.
 
These sessions focus on enhancing strength, endurance, and overall mobility, promoting a balanced and effective approach to fitness.

Class Timetables
Ian has built up an amazing fitness culture within Clevedon. The people who attend his classes do so not only to get fit but also to stay fit. They also meet and make friends through the regular sessions. The sessions work really well for several reasons. There is a good mix of lads and gals. The age range is varied. Abilities stretch from first attenders with ‘a bit of work to do’ right through to professional athletes. Some athletes rely on Ian’s classes as part of their strict training regimen.
