Eisey's Community Gym's popular strength and conditioning classes, offered twice a week, feature a comprehensive, safe weightlifting system that uses landmines to promote functional movement and stability.

WHAT IS A STRENGTH & CONDITIONING CLASS

ECG's landmine-based strength and conditioning classes deliver a uniquely effective and adaptable training experience. By emphasising joint safety and functional movement, these sessions help participants improve athletic performance, minimise injury risk, and move with greater confidence both in and out of the gym.
 
The workouts are designed to enhance overall strength and endurance and are further complemented by targeted abdominal exercises, high-energy cardio, and bodyweight movements.
 
This holistic approach not only builds muscle but also improves core stability, cardiovascular fitness, and functional agility, making the classes suitable for participants of all fitness levels.
