These 45-minute, comprehensive, full-body, old-school circuit classes consist of high-intensity rounds that boost metabolism, improve cardio capacity, and build lean muscle quickly.

WHAT ARE OLD-SCHOOL CIRCUITS?

Eisey's Community Gym's Old-school Circuit classes are fast-paced, with 45-second to 1-minute rounds at each station and minimal rest in between.

Our stations feature a diverse range of gym equipment, including rowing machines, assault bikes, jump boxes, kettlebells, barbells, and slam balls, along with bodyweight exercises to effectively engage multiple muscle groups. 

Each station in the circuit is thoughtfully designed to promote strength, endurance, and flexibility, with exercises that can be easily modified to accommodate individuals of all ages and fitness levels. This dynamic approach not only enhances physical fitness but also keeps participants motivated and challenged each week.

Class Timetables
I stumbled upon Ian’s classes when I was too late to get home for my regular class. I have never looked back because no other class has come close. ECG classes are a cost-effective way to stay fit because they are pay-as-you-go; it is great if you work away and can’t turn up, or invariably ‘life’ sometimes gets in the way.
