Class Timetables
I have trained with Ian at both his Group Sessions and as a personal client for over a decade. During this time, Ian has helped me achieve goals that I never thought possible. Ian starts with small goals, so you feel like you are making progress, which leads to whatever your ultimate aim is – mine was a smaller size pair of jeans! Ian has a positive 'can-do' attitude that rubs off on his clients and keeps his sessions interesting and varied. So complacency is never an issue, and mental and physical toughness becomes a way of life.
